The primary task of the benefits department thereby becomes communication of personnel changes to BenefitPlan Manager through the Client Level Access web portal on the
www.benefitplanmanager.com website or through the payroll system.
BenefitPlan Manager receives data changes from clients, participants, and carriers; reviews the data and acts upon the data based on preset protocols.
Participants benefit by enhanced communications through their own personal Home Page. Clients benefit by elimination of labor-intensive non-productive work, enhanced accuracy and reduced overhead.
